2011 WORLD FIGURE 8^® TOUR

RULES: These races will follow the 2011 World Figure 8® Championship Rules. They are available at the track or online at www.speedrome.com

TIRES: New 10” tires are available exclusively at the Speedrome. Tires previously used in the 2010 World Figure 8® Championship and 2010 WF8T Fall Challenge are also eligible for May and July. Tire must be identifiable       under inspection. No defacing of markings. Any questions call (317) 353-8206.

EVENT FORMAT (except Sept. 9^th and 10^th): Each night will have qualifications, preliminary races, and features. Drivers will receive qualifying, heat, and feature points towards the 2011 World Figure 8® Tour championship. Heat races will be total inverts. Fast qualifier will draw for feature lineup(1/3, 2/3’s, or full invert). Drivers not qualifying or not running a preliminary race will start at the tail.

EVENT FORMAT FORSEPTEMBER 9^TH and 10^TH: Each driver will compete in one of four 25-lap Qualifying     Race Features on Friday September 9, 2011 for feature points. These race lineups will be made by blind draw. Saturday September 10, 2011 will have unlimited time trials all afternoon. A driver’s best lap with be used for qualifying points. That evening’s World Figure 8® Championship Three Hour Endurance Race® will also be for point’s towards of the 2011 World Figure 8® Tour title.

            Qualifying – 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, and 15 for anyone that takes a timed lap

            Heat – 50, 48, 46, 44, 42, 40, 38, 36, 34, 32, and 30 to start (no heats Sept. 9 or 10)

            Feature – 200, 195, 190, 185, 180, 175, 170, 165, 160, 155, 150, 145, 140, 135, 130, and 125 to start

            Qualifying – 50, 48, 46, 44, 42, 40, 38, 36, 34, 32, and 30 for anyone that takes a timed lap

            Feature – 500, 490, 480, 470, 460, 450, 440, 430, 420, 410, 400, 390, 380, 370, 360, and 350 to start
